READY STOCK

Ready Stock items will be shipped within 2–5 working days after your order is confirmed.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-Order items are processed in batches. Please refer to our Pre-Order schedule below:

Orders placed 1st–10th
Closing Date: 10th
Estimated Dispatch: 25th of the same month
Orders placed 11th–20th
Closing Date: 20th
Estimated Dispatch: 5th of the following month
Orders placed 21st–End of Month
Closing Date: End of Month
Estimated Dispatch: 15th of the following month

Please note that the dates above are estimated dispatch dates, not delivery dates.

If your Pre-Order items arrive earlier than expected, we will complete our quality checks and ship your order as soon as possible. ♡

READY STOCK + PRE-ORDER

If your order contains both Ready Stock and Pre-Order items, your order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable).
