Returns & Exchanges
At Nicole’s Closet, we carefully inspect every item before shipping.
Due to hygiene reasons and our small-batch business model, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour differences caused by screen settings
- Personal preference
- Delay caused by courier services
Please refer to our size guide or contact us before placing your order if you need sizing advice.
Exceptions
If you receive:
- the wrong item, or
- an item with a major manufacturing defect,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the item, and
- a brief description of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange an appropriate solution.
Nicole’s Closet reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
